1. RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Youvee Golf, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, we offer returns, exchanges and/or refunds under the following conditions:

  • You may request a return, exchange or refund within 30 days of receiving your order.
  • The item(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition as when you received it
  • It must be in its original packaging with all tags attached

3.  NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Items that have been worn or washed
  • Items not in their original packaging with all tags attached
  • Items that are not in their origianl condition or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

 

4. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN, EXCHANGE OR REFUND

To initiate a return, exchange or, please  contact us at info@youveegolf.com and advise us of the situation (return, exchange or refund) and we will provide further details of the next steps.

5.  RETURN SHIPPING

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or a defective item.
  • When shipping returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe return of your item(s).

6.  EXCHANGES

  • If you are requesting an exchange, we will ship the replacement item(s) to you after receiving and inspecting the returned item(s).
  • If the requested exchange item is not available, we will contact you to advise so  and offer you an available alternative or issue a refund for the original purchase price.

7.   REFUNDS

  • Once we recieve and inspect the returned item(s), we will notify you of your approval or rejection of your refund.
  • IF APPROVED - your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days
  • IF REJECTED - this is due to your item not meeting the above return criteria and we will sent the item back to you at your expense.

 8.  DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team at info@youveegolf.com within 14 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue promptly by offering a replacement or a refund.

 9.  CHANGES TO THIS RETURN POLICY

Youvee Golf reserves the right to make changes to this return policy at any time. Any updates or modifications will be posted on our website, and the effective date will be revised accordingly.
